- Pranic Healing does not intend to replace allopathic medicine but rather complements it. For severe ailment or existing symptoms, please consult a Certified Pranic Healer.
- Pranic Healers are not Medical Doctors, but Medical Doctors can be Pranic Healers.
- Pranic Healers do not make a medical diagnosis.
- Pranic Healers do not prescribe medications or Medical treatment.
- Pranic Healers do not interfere with the prescribed medications or with Medical Treatments.
Refund and Cancellation Policy: Our refund and cancellation policies are detailed below.
Products: We do not offer refund cancellations for any merchandise sold on the site. However, we would be happy to exchange the product if you received a defective or damaged one. Please review our policies on Returns and Exchanges below.
Workshop Fees: Any workshop fees, once paid, will not be refunded. However, if you cannot attend the workshop, the fees submitted to the Soul Empowerment Team can be adjusted against a future workshop that too with a genuine cause. In exceptional cases, The Soul Empowerment Team may choose to refund part of the workshop fees after deducting Rs 800 towards administrative expenses. Such a refund would be at the sole discretion of us.
Donations: Any donations once made will not be refunded.
Returns and Exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges on books and other Products once sold. We offer an exchange if you receive a defective or damaged product within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and make a video of the package while opening the parcel. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we would also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping & Delivery Policy: We ship within 4-5 days of order been received.
Delivery would take Minimum 5-7 & Maximum 14-15 days from the date of dispatch.
